I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in South Delhi. The first thing that impressed me was the value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with trendy decor and all the basic amenities one would expect. I particularly enjoyed the rooms with bathtubs, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Another great aspect was the convenient location in South Delhi, making it easy to explore the city. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was included in the stay, providing a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful.

The taxes mentioned on the website are 15.5%, whereas in actual you pay about 25%. Their argument is that taxes are charged on the published tarrif and not on disucounted rates provided through bookinh.com

The staff and service were great, and it was convenient to reach Akshardham.

We were adjacent to such places as lotus temple. We liked emblem.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They were able to help with a number of questions. The breakfast was very good and free wifi was a plus!

The location is a bit out of the tourist track and a little difficult (no taxi or tuk-tuk knew where it was and I had to give directions!). It is convenient to Humayun's tomb Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, but that is about it.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Reasonably priced. Delicious in-room dining. Professional and friendly staff. Went above and beyond to ensure a good experience.

The breakfast can be better, as it is a bit old hotel there is a smell in the hotel as you enter the hotel, bathrooms are ok, the location is very very good. For the price, i think for this price there will be better hotels.

I stayed at the Emblem Hotel while travelling to India and Delhi for the first time, on business. My experience at the hotel could not have been better. My room was very comfortable, clean and with excellent facilities. Most importantly, the service from the hotel staff was outstanding. The reception staff, cleaners, drivers and everyone else were friendly, helpful and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay in New Delhi. I would not think twice about staying at this hotel again, or in recommending it to others.

This hotel in South Delhi is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms with trendy decor and free WiFi is impressive. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The convenient location adds to the overall appeal.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The staff were excellent, they helped me many times. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. I left my purse at the hotel with money in it, when I contacted them they had found the purse with the money. The food was very good. I liked the hotel and staff very much.

The distance to the center was far.

Rooms are not bad - they are spacious and furniture is not old. They only should be a little bit cleaner and surrounding less noisy.

Here nothing comes for free - even the bottle of water in the room has to be paid. I always felt a little bit overcharged. I think, in general, this hotel should be cheaper.

Clean and cost-efficient hotel with a modern decor. The staff are kind, efficient, and eager to help. The in-house restaurant operates 24 hours with an extensive menu. The rooms are well laid out and maintained. Free and fast wifi. Convenient location, only 30 minutes from the airport. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay away from home.

The bathroom was spartan and I advised fellow travellers to bring the own towels. But the staff went all their way to being helpful and made you feel welcome indeed. That compensates for the lack of facilities.

Good points of Emblem: rather comfortable, nice decoration (modern design), personnel ok (they seem a bit bored though).

Bad points: breakfast is quite sub par and dinner not fantastic either, the car service (on top of being very expensive as usual) is quite bad (the pick-up driver never showed up at the airport and when I return to the airport, the driver arrived after 50 minutes instead of the 15 min I had been told about). The location is not so good (a lot of rickshaw drivers don't know the place -it's near the cross between MG Road and Mathura Road and they have to turn around New Friends Colony East without entering it), it's a 45 min. walk from the nearest metro station. Now that there is an efficient metro in Delhi allowing you to bypass the rickshaws altogether, this is quite a limitation. It's the main reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you don't have a driver.

Located in a convenient area, though it may be a bit far from main tourist spots and nearby transport stations, this hotel offers essential facilities such as hot water, TV, and in-room dining. Some rooms may require renovation, but its cleanliness is commendable. the staff is courteous and attentive to guest needs.

The hotel may not have as many luxurious amenities compared to more expensive options.
